Paul Pearce trained our technicians on how we can improve the way we clean soft furnishings and more importantly how to take cistomer service to the next level. The day was hands-on so we all could remove marks more successfully and learn secrets of the trade. The one that surprised most of us what how to identify a stain being oil based or water based by means of a ordanary piece of white paper.
