Family fun this Easter bank holiday around Cambridge

It’s almost time for the Easter weekend on 25th March and it looks like we’re going to get a little sunshine!!! Don't panic if you've not sorted something for the children, as there are loads of activities going on over the weekend. So I thought I would list a few of the best egg hunts in the region and give you a chance to clean up the goodies!

Wimpole Estate, Cambridgeshire Easter Egg Hunt in the Gardens. Have a fun day running around the pleasure grounds looking for chocolate eggs. There are extra prizes to be won if you can find the goslings, spell the magic word and you can claim your own Cadbury chocolate prize! The Wimpole goose has laid some eggs and the naughty goslings have run off. Booking not needed but Admission applies. Friday 25 March 2016 + 14 other dates from 10:30 - 17:00

Audley End Miniature Railway Easter Special Event. Join in an action packed ride on the miniature train into the woods to visit the Easter Bunny and all his friends at their house in the woods. Booking essential and Admission applies. Friday 25 March 2016 + 3 other dates site opens from 10:00 - 17:00.

Anglesey Abbey Easter Egg Hunt. Fun for all the family as Bunny is joined by his friends who have left clues to point you in the right direction. Admission applies. Friday 25 - Monday 28 March 2016, 11:00 - 15:30.

And for the adults, the home and gardens are still open for you to enjoy a leisurely stroll through the incredibly beautiful grounds, and marvel at the stunning architecture and furnishings.
