Why DIY carpet cleaning doesn't always work.... Rug Doctor Odour Remover Fail

Our client tried to use the Rug Doctor Odour Remover to clean their carpet, you'd think it would do as it says on the bottle right?!

Sadly not.  This actually left the carpet in a worse state.  The Cambridge based client called us up to fix the problem.  Thankfully there was no lasting damage and out technicians managed to remove all of the residue left by the Rug Doctor solution.
