The countdown is on!
Just a few hours until Black Friday madness commences....
Hope you have limbered up! If you plan on going in store to grab a bargain just be warned it is like a war zone in there.
PEOPLE WILL FIGHT YOU FOR A BARGAIN!
But it's not the black eyes a and bruises that give Black Friday its name. Nobody seems quite sure where the term Black Friday originates from but here are two explanations:
1. The term originated from Philadelphia where the streets would be filled with black dirty vehicle smoke from the mass of people returning home after Thanksgiving
2. Black Friday refers to the shops bank balance finally being "in the black" due to the mass shopping spree
