Mab, which beat more than 1,700 submissions to take first place, consists of hundreds of flying mini-robots that clean surfaces by touching them with a drop of water.
The device scans the user's home and detects which surfaces require cleaning before sending out its swarm of flying robots.
"The Mab is an innovative concept which could be relevant to minimise the daily cleaning efforts of consumers as well as businesses, while maximising the results," said chief design officer at Electrolux and head of jury Stefano Marzano.
Second prize went to the Atomium 3D food printer by Luiza Silva, which is capable of printing out food into any shape, including sail boats and trucks.
Jeabyun Yeon claimed third prize for the Breathing Wall, which pumps fresh air into the home through the walls.
