Black marker pen on a designer sofa. How to remove the pen mark on the sofa?

One of our client phoned me yesterday very scared. He explained that he bought his designer sofa from an expensive boutique in London and his grand kid decided to draw all over it with black marker pen. This was a wool fabric and he didn't know what to do!!

Fortunately we could come and clean it the same day and we could manage to remove 100% of stains. Our client was very happy to see it vanishing before his eyes.! Beautiful. Great work Nathan :)
